Get Fit For Summer | Little Miss E
So this summer I'm actually attempting to get that summer body that we all want. These are a few tips on how you can do it too and we can go through the struggle together.
1. The 30 day ab challenge
This is an app which basically gives you a little workout every day for 30 days to help you get toned. You only have to do 4 exercises each day and the workout just gets a little harder as you go along. I'm also going on holiday in about 30 days so I have just enough time.
2. Think about how much happier you'll be when you achieve your goal
When you're looking in the fridge for a lil something sweet just remind yourself of your goal and maybe pick up an apple instead. Keep your goal in mind always and stay determined to reach it.
3. DRINK WATER
Water is so important when you're trying to be healthy. It helps your skin, your health and stops you from getting dehydrated. A lot of people don't like drinking water and I would say that if you are one of those people, try adding something like raspberries or blueberries to a bottle or glass of cold water. This makes the taste better and makes it a little less boring.
4. Stop eating when your full
When you're full, don't keep eating just for the sake of it. Often you'll feel hungry when you're actually just thirsty so no matter how much you eat you'll still feel the same. If you feel peckish, have a drink and you might feel that the "hunger" is gone
5. EXERCISE
As well as maybe doing the 30 day ab challenge you can get your own little workout in if you want. It doesn't have to be boring, maybe go jogging with some friends, have a chat and just take it easy. You'll be exercising without even realising
