Goodbye Winter, Hello Spring | Pastel Ella

Hello loves!

As its getting a bit more into spring now I thought I would combine a few spring tags that I found and do my own little post ( I did not come up with the name though )

1. What are you going to miss most about winter?

Christmas

2. Favourite spring nail polish?

Barry M Strawberry Ice Cream or Barry M Prickly Pear

3. What do you look forward to in spring?

The easter holidays and when the weather gets a bit nicer

4. What is spring like where you live?

Well I live in England so its not that warm but it just starts to get a bit more sunny and all the flowers bloom

5. Favourite spring lip colour?

Topshop Innocent lipstick

6. Favourite winter lip colour?

Revlon Matte balm in Sultry

7. Are you a spring cleaner?

I don't know really, I try to keep my room and stuff clean all the time but I guess I like to have a clear out at the start of spring

8. Favourite spring scent?

The Yankee Candle in Fresh Cut Roses

9. Favourite winter scent?

The Holly GoLightly bubble bar from Lush or the smell of the Hot Toddy shower gel also from lush

RANT, is there anybody there? | Pastel Ella

Well, hello loves

So lately I haven't been loving my blog. I started writing my February Favourites yesterday and planning when I was going to post it. I then thought about when I could take the pictures for it and I stopped and thought, what is the point? No one reads it anyway. I know I get 1 or 2 views on each post but I'm bored of that now. I'm kind of just bored of my blog in general. Its probably my fault that no one reads it but either way, I'm thinking about stopping it. When you first start a blog you expect so much and for so many people to read it and comment and everything but sometimes that just doesn't happen. So if you like and read my blog please leave a comment so I know if there are even a few people who do.

Updated Everyday Makeup | Pastel Ella

Hello loves!

Today I'm updating my makeup routine for you! It's changed a bit and I thought I would show it because its more definite than it was before if that makes sense.

I start with Maybeline Fit Me concealer in shade 10

Then I use Rimmel Match Perfection foundation in Ivory

Next I cover my face with the Collection powder in Ivory

I use the Bourjois bronzer in shade 51 on my cheekbones

Sleek blush in Pomegranite

Then I use the MUA Undress Your Skin highlighter on my cheekbones, nose and forehead

I fill in my eyebrows with MUA Lavish eyeshadow

I prime my eyelids with Benefit's Lemonaid

I apply MUA Reveal eyeshadow

And MUA Tranquil eyeshadow in my crease

I used MUA Shy eyeshadow in my inner corner and on my browbone, then I used the Maybeline Lash Sensational mascara

I finished with the Topshop lipstick in Innocent

Would You Rather | Pastel Ella

Hello loves!

I've seen this around on youtube a few times and I thought it would be good to do a 'Would You Rather' with some more different questions so lets get started....

1. Messy hair and nice makeup or no makeup and nice hair?

I would say messy hair and nice makeup tbh

2. Shave your eyebrows or have all your eyelashes fall out?

Have all my eyelashes fall out because I would look stupid with drawn-on eyebrows

3. Shop at only Mac or Sephora for the rest of your life?

Mac because I love Mac so much and I don't think I would mind only shopping there

4. Leave the house with overdone blush or a big foundation line?

Big foundation line because I would just blend it or hide it

5. Wear MC Hammer pants or cycle shorts in public?

MC Hammer pants

6. Bright orange spray tan or strange tan lines that cant be covered?

Oh this is hard but I would have to say the tan lines

7. Bad hair cut or bad hair colour?

Colour because I would just dye it

8. Youtube or Twitter taken away forever?

Omg I literally can't decide!

9. Give up using makeup brushes or mascara?

I would have to say mascara even though I love it
