May Favourites! Fashion, beauty, music and more!

So its that time of the month again! Favourites time! I have a lot of favourites this month so lets get started!

Beauty

 My first beauty product this month is the Editor's Pick lip butters. I have 4 of them, Strawberry, Raspberry, Chocolate and Coconut. They are not a big brand but I'm so glad I discovered them because they are just amazing! I got them a while ago and I just never really used them but I started using them recently and I just really like them. They are really moisturising and don't dry out your lips.

 My next beauty product is the Boots Conditioning nail polish remover. This might seem quite boring but I just wanted to mention how good it is. Its not just a good nail polish remover, it makes your nails smell really good! Its enriched with apricot oil so it doesn't leave a nasty smell on your nails or in the room.

Next is the Marc Jacobs Lola perfume. I got this at Christmas time and I'm starting to use it a lot more now its more like spring. Its just a really nice subtle scent and the bottle is gorgeous!

Then I have the Nivea Double Effect eye makeup remover. Now this stuff is just incredible! It removes your eye makeup so well and it lasts for a really long time because you don't need a lot at all to remove your makeup. Its not irritating on the eyes either. The only slightly bad thing about this product is that its quite greasy but I really don't mind that because I just wash my face after I use it and its fine.

 Next I have the Rimmel Apocalips lip lacquer. I have this in Celestial and I really love it. Its just a really pretty pinky colour and its really nicely pigmented too. Its just a really great product in general and I would definitely recommend it.

My last beauty product is the Clarins Toning Lotion with chamomile. I have just been absolutely loving this product recently, it feels great on your skin and really feels like your looking after your face. I would definitely recommend it.

Fashion 

My first fashion favourite is my Primark sunglasses case (does this count as fashion?). I bought this about 2 weeks ago and I have been loving it ever since! Its white and quilted with a little black bow and I just think its so cute! I use it all the time and I just really love it.

My next fashion favourite is my kimono from New Look. Its dark blue with white and red flowers and I thinks its really pretty. It just gives your outfit effortless prettiness and I love it. It was from 915 so they only do smaller sizes but New Look also has a lot of other kimonos.

I have really been loving my ear cuffs this month, especially my silver one. I wear it nearly everyday and I just love how it adds a little edgyness to your look. I got mine from Claires but they are becoming quite a big trend so I'm sure you can get them in a lot of places too. I also like how you obviously don't have to have your cartilage pierced to wear them so they're kind of a cheat!

 My last fashion favourite is a ring from H&M, it came in a set of 4 but this is the one I have been wearing the most recently. Its silver and has a line of diamantes along the front. Its really subtle but really pretty and I love it.

Random

 My first random favourite are the Nescafe skinny latte sachets. I really like the Nescafe sachets and I recently decided to try these ones and I love them! I have them with breakfast and they just make me feel so girly!

Next up is the Twinings Warming chamomile and warm spiced apple tea. Again i think this is only available in the UK but its just so good! Its really great to have before bed and it really helps me sleep and relax.

My last random favourites are the Kinder egg Disney princesses! I know this sounds weird but I'm obsessed with Disney and I just think these are so cute! I have Ariel, Jasmine, Cinderella and Rapunzel and I only need two more to complete my collection! (This sounds so sad...)

Music

So I have been pretty much loving the whole of Iggy Azalea's album, The New Classic, especially 'New Bitch' I'm literally listening to it on repeat! I have also been loving 'Right There' and 'You'll Never Know' by Ariana Grande. And lastly I have been loving 'Real Girls Eat Cake' by The Janoskians, its so good!

Human

My human favourite this month is of course Iggy Azalea! She is my new obsession and she is just such an inspiration for me! I ♥ her!

My Drugstore Wishlist!

Today I decided to do my current drugstore wishlist so you guys get to see what I have been wanting to buy for the last few months. I also wish that I could haul all of this stuff but I obviously can't so, a wishlist is the next best thing!

I know I'm not meant to post today but I changed the layout and design of my blog so I wanted to post in the new layout! (I'm really weird...)

Make-up

1. I really want to get a Sleek i-Divine eye-shadow palette and I have decided that the one I like best is Oh So Special. Think this palette is just really pretty, I love how its kind of bright coloured that have been muted to make neutrals and I really like how there are some mattes and some shimmery shadows. Its pretty in-expensive  so I hope I can buy it in the future!

2. I have wanted to buy a Sleek blush for a long time and I have decided that I want to get Pomegrante. Its such a beautiful colour and it looks amazing on the cheeks. Sleek brushes are also really reasonably priced so I can definitely see myself buying this.

 3. I have wanted to get the Rimmel 9 in 1 Matte BB Cream since I got a sample in Company. It works really well for me and I can't wait to buy the full size!

4. I have been wanting the Bourjois Color Boost lip crayon in Peach On The Peach for a long time now and I think ts finally time for me to just go ahead and buy it. Its a great summer colour as well and I'm just so excited to buy it.

5. The last make-up item I have been wanting is the Maybelline Colossal Go Extreme Mascara. I don't even really know why but this product really attracts me and I really want to try it!





Skin & lipcare 

1. So I have been really wanting to try out the Clinique Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm because I have tried great things about it and I just think it would be a very good product especially for the summer time. Its not exactly a cheap product but its sold in Boots so I would consider it a drugstore product.






2. I have also been wanting the Burt's Bees Tinted Lip Balm in Pink Blossom. I wanted a Burt's Bees lip balm and I have decided to get a tinted one so that there is a bit of colour as well and its not just a chap stick.




Nails

1. So I recently discovered the Barry M Nail Gelly in Blue Grape and I absolutely love it! Its such a different colour for me but I think its really pretty and sophisticated. I also like how the Barry M Nail Gellys are really shiny.






2. This colour is soooooo amazing! Its the Barry M Nail Gelly in Sugar Apple. I really love this colour for spring and summer and I just need it!

3. This is just an all time favourite nail colour for me, its Essie's Fiji. I just love this colour so much! Its great for summer and it also makes your hands look tanned which is good!

4. Lastly, I have been eyeing up Sally Hansen's I Pink I Can. This colour is my all time favourite colour ever and I just need this nail polish so bad!









Hair

1. So the first hair product I have had my eye on is the Bumble and Bumble Thickening Conditioner. I have heard very good things about Bumble and Bumble so I think this would be a great product to try out.








2. I have been wanting this product for a while now and I think its time for me to just buy it and it is the Vo5 Give Me Texture Dry Texturising Spray. I have tried this before and I really want to buy it, its great!

Clean & Clear Blackhead Clearing Cleanser review

So I have been using the Clean & Clear blackhead clearing cleanser for about a year now and I can't live without it! I didn't really have a problem with blackheads when I started using it and I never have had a problem ever since. It just makes my skin feel so clean and fresh. I use it morning and night everyday and I think its amazing. I don't know how it would work for people with a lot of blackheads but I would expect it to work well. I would also say that this lasts a really long time and a little bit goes a really long way. Overall I would give this product 4 stars!

Benefit The Porefessional review - Primer special part 2

So I have had several samples of The Porefessional from Benefit and I absolutely love it! Its a primer for your face and can be used over or under makeup. Its a nude colour and has an amazing silky formula. It glides on and isn't heavy or greasy. It really nicely primes your face and minimizes the appearance of pores. The samples are actually really good sizes and last for a good amount of time. I don't use it everyday but I use it when I'm feeling like spending a bit more time on my make up. I don't think I'll be purchasing the full size of this simply because I don't want to pay a lot for something that I wont use a lot. Buts overall I would say that this is an amazing primer and definitely lives up to the hype.

Benefit Lemonaid review - Primer special part 1

So I decided to review the Lemonaid eye shadow primer from Benefit because I really like it and I don't think it gets enough hype as it should. Its a really great formula, its creamy and goes on really nicely. Its a good colour and blends into your skin well. There is a mirror on the lid too which is handy dor traveling and is you want to use it on the go. Its a little bit pricey but I think its okay because you don't need much and it lasts a long time. Its £16.50 from Boots but the price might vary depending on where you look. Overall I would say this is a great product and is also a great gift.

Macadamia Healing Oil Treatment - review

So I have the Macadamia Healing Oil Treatment and I frigging love it! First off, it smells AMAZING and gives your hair a really nice sophisticated scent. It gives you really nice texture and volume and helps your hair with damage. You can use it when your hair is wet or dry and I just brush it through and if my hair is dry I scrunch it to give me more volume and texture. The only bad thing I would say about this product is that it doesn't have a pump or anything so its hard to pour the right amount out, but the full size does have a pump so that's good!

April Favourites 2014: Beauty, Fashion, Music and more!

So today's blog post is going to be my April favourites! I have a few things to share with you so lets get started!

Beauty

So the first beauty product I have been loving is my Revlon lip butter in Strawberry Shortcake. I really like this because the formula is really smooth and not too shiny I also think the colour is perfect for spring and summer.

The next thing I have been loving is the Collection Lasting Perfection concealer in cool medium. This concealer is amazing and it has really good coverage that lasts really well. The colour is really good and its not cakey.

I have also been loving the Seventeen Make Your Mark eyeliner pen. This is a really nice eyeliner and I love how the nib is so precise. Its great for doing wings or even just to line your eyes and the colour is really good, its a proper jet black.

My next favourite is my Dove Go Fresh pomegranate and lemon deodorant. I love the scent of this, its really fresh and stays for a long time. Its great for the spring time as well.

My last beauty favourite is the Batiste dry shampoo in the Wild scent. I really love this brand and especially this scent, it smells so good! I find that Batiste works really well and its great for travelling too.

Skincare

I have been loving the Superdrug face masks for when I have a bit more time in the evening to relax. I love the Yogurt Smoothie one and the Cucumber Clay one and they are so great for the skin. they are also only 99p so they are super affordable.

My last skincare favourite has been the Wild Ferns Rotorua Mud soap. I think its from New Zealand and I'm not sure where you can get it but its amazing! It really helps the skin and prevents break-outs. Its only $4.00 but as I said I'm not sure where you can get it in the UK but you might be able to find it on Amazon.

Fashion

So the first fashion item I have been loving is a black cami from Next. Its like a slightly sheer, flowy material and its great for spring and summer. I really want to go back and get more in brighter colours for the summer. They're really comfy and great to just throw on because they look great but they're effortless.
