Happy New Year | Little Miss E

Hello loves!

2014 has been a great year, am I right ladies? It has been amazing and although things have gone wrong and it might not have been the happiest year I enjoyed it. My life has kind of changed this year and I'm such a different person now. I hope 2015 will be even better and that i will be a better person by the end of it. Anyway, I'm not going to bore you, so here are some of my new years resolutions which will not be followed.

• Follow my heart
• Be grateful
• EXERCISE
• Make my blog better
• Look after my skin more
• Eat healthily

I'm sure I'll be able to keep to a couple of those....maybe... Anyway, I wish you all a very happy new year and have a great 2015!

New Years Eve Makeup | Little Miss E

Hello loves!

Today I have a makeup look! Yay! I've never done one before so let me know if you like it and there may more...possibly an everyday makeup...

First I applied Benefit Porefessional and the Rimmel Match Perfection foundation in Light Porcelain

Then I used Benefit Hoola bronzer on my cheekbones and temples

This is my face after I applied Sleek blush in Pomegranite

I filled in my eyebrows with Lavish from the MUA Undress Me Too palette 

I then applied the Benefit Lemonaid eyeshadow primer

MUA Wink (lid) and Obssessed (outer corner)

I used the Soap and Glory Supercat eyeliner and Maybeline The Falsies flared mascara

My first lip option is No. 7 Wicked Red

And my second is Rimmel Apocaliptic

Winter do's and don'ts | Little Miss E

Hello loves!

I have been suffering with the winteryness lately and I thought I would try and give you some advice before you make the same mistakes!

1. DO wear a coat/jacket always

I know sometimes you might not always want to wear a big coat but seriously you should. Coats are in this year anyway so be sensible and keep warm! 

2. DONT leave the house with wet hair

So sometimes you wash your hair in a hurry and don't have time to blow dry it, well in winter give yourself enough time for your hair to dry! Its uncomfortable and gives you a cold so dry your hair!

3. DO eat lots of vitamin c 

This will help to prevent you getting colds and it's also really easy. Things like pineapple and oranges are great and really yummy

4. DONT take cold showers

These will make you feel awful in the winter so instead run a nice hot bath and just relax

So those are a few do's and don'ts for winter time!

Some really lush products | Little Miss E

Hello loves!

First things first props to me for a "clever" title. Today I'm going to tell you about a few Lush products that I have been loving lately. 

Butter Bear bath bomb

I used this yesterday and it's so lovely. It's one of the smaller ones and also one of the cheaper ones but it still will do you well for one bath. It smells amazing too, like vanilla and cocoa butter. There are little lumps of cocoa butter inside it as well which is really good for your skin. And as you can tell by the name, it's in the shape of a cute little bear.

Hollygolightly bubble bar

I haven't actually used this yet, but it looks and smells amazing for this time of year. I think it smells like coca cola and like christmassy spices. It's covered in silver glitter and it has holly leaves and berries on top. I think this will last me about 7 or 8 baths so that's really good. 

Big sea salt shampoo 

My mum actually bought this about a week ago and I might have been stealing it occasionally... But it is amazing and I use it about once a week, it just gives my hair volume and a kind of beachy look.

Imogen Rose solid perfume - tin

This concept is just so cool, its a little tin that looks like a lip balm but its actually solid perfume. You just get a dab in your finger and apply it to your neck and wrists and its smells so good! It also lasts a lot longer because it sinks into your skin. (that sounds really gross...)

I'M GOING TO SEE ONE DIRECTION | Little Miss E

Hello loves!

I got up way too early this morning for a very special reason. Tickets for One Direction in the UK and Ireland went on sale at 9 am and after about 45 minutes of crossing fingers and buffering, I finally got tickets! I'm going on the 30th of October 2015 with my friend Hermione in Sheffield. I don't really know why I'm doing a blog post about this but I felt the need to share it with you guys as I am too excited for words! Comment below if you got tickets too!

November Favourites | Little Miss E

Hello loves!

So its the end of November! What??!! That means it's nearly Christmas! (and November faves time!) I have quite a few autumnal favourites this month so lets get started!



Beauty

Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water

I bought this about 3 weeks ago now and I still have so much left! I love how big it is and how long-lasting it is. My skin feels so much better and softer after using this and its great how it removes ALL of your makeup and you can use it on your face, eyes and lips.

Rimmel Match Perfection Foundation - Light Porcelain

This foundation is just simply fabulous. Its a tiny bit light for me but with powder on top it looks fine, it has light coverage but it's really buildable and blendable. It also smells really nice and I have been complimented on how my face smells...

Barry M Matte Nail Paint - Vanilla

I used this again at the start of this month and I really love how neutral it is. You can wear it so casually and your nails still look really nice and like you've spent time on them.

Rimmel Apocalips - Celestial

I have mentioned this lots of times before so I'm not going to go into massive detail about it but I have been using it a lot this month and I just think its perfect for this time of year.

Bath & Shower

Lush Luxury Lush Pud Bath Bomb

I bought this about a week ago and used it a few days ago and it reminded me how much I freaking love it. It gets me in the mood for Christmas every year and it smells of everything to do with Christmas (excuse the really bad explanation of the smell...)

The Body Shop Early Harvest Raspberry Shower Gel

I've been using this almost every day this month, I know it's kind of summery but it wakes me up in the mornings and it's really refreshing (couldn't find the link sorry!)

Fashion

New Look Booties

I have actually been wearing these to school a lot because they keep my feet so much warmer than school shoes and they look so much better. I have a feeling these are going to be absolutely falling apart by about February... (couldn't find these online either!)

Topshop Joggers

I am totally not wearing this right now.... I can't even explain these in words, just go and buy them. They are so comfy and warm and slouchy and you can even get away with wearing them out of the house, I think....

Rose Earrings

I can't link these because I got them from a little store in Leigh but I've been wearing them non-stop and I just really like them.

Random

Little's Swiss Chocolate Coffee

I bought this from a sweet shop (??) in Cornwall a couple of weeks ago and I just found out that you can buy it in Waitrose so I'm really happy. This is seriously the best coffee ever and I could literally use it as an air freshener.

Christmas is in 21 days! | Little Miss E

Hello loves!

I promise I have a November favourites very soon but for today I wanted to talk about some things that I love at Christmas time (and all year round...)#

I love the film 'Nativity' and 'Nativity 2'....and 'Nativity 3'. They are THE BEST Christmas films and they have cute little kids in them too. (bit creepy) I could watch all three every day of the year to be honest...

Is it just me who tries to put cinnamon in nearly every hot drink around Christmas time? Well I do that, I add it to coffee and hot chocolate and its tastes so good!

Of course I love Christmas music and I love almost every Christmas song! You can not go wrong with a good old Christmas tune

Vlogmas is possibly the best thing about youtube and I love when all of my favourite youtubers do it. It makes me so excited to see everyone getting ready for Christmas!

Noctober Favourites | Little Miss E

Hello loves!

So as it is not quite November faves time and I forgot about my October favourites (sorry!) I decided I would combine my early November favourites with my October favourites to make one big favourites partay. These favourites will be a little bit random but my November faves will be back to normal.


I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here

So this started again a couple of days ago and I love it as usual, its basically a reality show we have in the uk. Celebrities go into the jungle and have to go through challenges and stuff like that.


One Direction - FOUR

One Direction's new album came out of monday and I bought it straight away, I can not even explain this album. Its my favourite album at the minute by a very long way and if you like One Direction's music you need to go and buy it right now!


Batiste Wild Dry Shampoo

I started using this lovely stuff again a few days ago and I remembered how much I love it, it gives your hair instant volume and soaks up any oils and its smells amazing!


We ♥ It App

I got this app about a month ago because I wasn't really using We ♥ It on my laptop and now I use it for my themed Instagram pictures, its such an amazing app and if you like photography or things like pinterest then this is definitely for you


Primark False Nails

I've liked false nails for a very long time and when I discovered the Primark ones my life was complete (well you know what I mean) I get a bout 2 or 3 uses out of each pack and they last and are very strong for the price.


BandAid 30

This song came out on monday and its got me in a very christmasy (if thats a word) already. One Direction are in it so obviously I was going to love it and I just think its a great cause


Being in the car

Okay so this is a very strange favourite but I have spent quite a lot of time in the car this month and I just love it, listening to the radio really calms me and I just really enjoy it


Taylor Swift - Blank Space

I don't love Taylor Swift but I'm addicted to this song (I'm listening to it as I write this). Its just really good and yeah...


New Cid Lip Crayon - Plum Cordial

I got this back in the summer but I recently started using it again this autumn, its a really pretty plumy pink colour and I really like it for all seasons

When I open the fridge I always find....
Rachel's vanilla yogurt! I eat this nearly every day for breakfast or just for a snack so my fridge is always full stocked up!
